• 4k60 UHD

  Most Partilink products support 3840x2160@60Hz UHD 4K 60hz YUV 4:4:4 resolutions since 2014. We design and produce 4K 60fps boards for multiviewers up to 16 outputs and HDMI to DisplayPort supporting HDMI 2.0 standards.

• Real picture

  With the resolution on input and output of 4K60fps YUV 4.4.4. wihtout any compression of the audio visual signal, Partilink technologies make you feel as if you are living it in real. It is like watching outside through a window, even in you zoom in mode. 

• 18 gbps (bandwidth)

  HDMI 2.0 systems can transfer data at up to 18Gbps, up from 10.2Gbps in HDMI 1.4. The extra bandwidth also means HDMI is able to transport 4K video at 10-bit and 12-bit colour depths. With HDMI 1.4 it was limited to 8-bit. 8-bit colour results in a colour palette of 16.7-million colours instead of 68.7 billion colors with the 12-bit. These higher colour bit rates are labelled “deep color".

• YUV 4.4.4

  YUV 4.4.4 means that there is no chroma subsampling: Real view (no compression of the original signal)
  This scheme is used in control rooms, surgery rooms, and high-end film scanners and cinematic post production. Chroma subsampling is the practice of encoding images by implementing less resolution for chroma information than for luma information, taking advantage of the human visual system's lower acuity for color differences than for luminance.

• HDMI 2.0

  Stands for "High-Definition Multimedia Interface." HDMI is a trademark and brand name for a digital interface used to transmit audio and video data in a single cable. HDMI is a digital connection, so HDMI cables are less prone to interference and signal noise than analog cables. HDMI typically produces the best quality picture and sound compared to other types of connections.

  High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP) is a form of digital copy protection to prevent copying of digital audio & video content as it travels across connections. Most 4K TVs support something called HDCP, which stands for High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection, but only the more recent ones come with HDCP 2.2, the latest generation content protection mechanism.

  A video scaler is a system which is capable of converting video signals from one resolution to another. It increases or decreases the input resolution for video output at the specified ratio.

• TelNet Control

  (Recommended Standard-232) A TIA/EIA standard for serial transmission. Employed by Partilink for controlling video processors via TelNet Command. The RS-232 cable limitation of 50 feet can be extended to several hundred feet with high-quality cable.

• RS485

  RS-485 is a serial interface standard in which data is sent in a differential pair (two wires, or twisted pair cable), which allows greater distances and higher data rates than non-differential serial schemes such as RS-232.

  Partilink products support 1080x1920 60Hz FHD YUV 4:4:4 resolutions since 2014. We design and produce 1080P extenders supporting PoP and Multicast.

• RJ45

  RJ45 is a type of connector commonly used for Ethernet networking. It looks similar to a telephone jack, but is slightly wider. Since Ethernet cables have an RJ45 connector on each end, Ethernet cables are sometimes also called RJ45 cables.The "RJ" in RJ45 stands for "registered jack," since it is a standardized networking interface. The "45" simply refers to the number of the interface standard.

• VGA

  Stands for "Video Graphics Array." This is the standard display interface used in most PCs. The VGA standard was originally developed by IBM in 1987 and allowed for a display resolution of 640x480 pixels,the most common is Super VGA (SVGA), which allows for resolutions greater than 640x480, such as 800x600 or 1024x768. A standard VGA connection has 15 pins and is shaped like a trapezoid.

  Our devices enable users to put a new firmware file in a USB flash memory chip for updating the firmware of the product which includes additional features to the device.

  Multicast is communication between a single sender and multiple receivers on a network. IP multicast is a method of sending Internet Protocol (IP) datagrams to a group of interested receivers in a single transmission. It uses specially reserved multicast address blocks in IPv4 and IPv6.

  Internet Protocol version 4 (IPv4) is the fourth version of the Internet Protocol (IP). It is one of the core protocols of standards-based internetworking methods in the Internet. It still routes most Internet traffic today,

• TCP

  The TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) provides a communication service at an intermediate level between an application program and the Internet Protocol. It provides host-to-host connectivity at the transport layer of the Internet model. An application does not need to know the particular mechanisms for sending data via a link to another host, such as the required IP fragmentation to accommodate the maximum transmission unit of the transmission medium. At the transport layer, TCP handles all handshaking and transmission details and presents an abstraction of the network connection to the application typically through a network socket interface. At the lower levels of the protocol stack, due to network congestion, traffic load balancing, or unpredictable network behaviour, IP packets may be lost, duplicated, or delivered out of order. TCP detects these problems, requests re-transmission of lost data, rearranges out-of-order data and even helps minimize network congestion to reduce the occurrence of the other problems. 

• UDP

  User Datagram Protocol (UDP) is one of the core members of the Internet protocol suite. With UDP, computer applications can send messages, in this case referred to as datagrams, to other hosts on an Internet Protocol (IP) network. Prior communications are not required in order to set up communication channels or datapath.
  UDP is suitable for purposes where error checking and correction are either not necessary or are performed in the application; UDP avoids the overhead of such processing in the protocol stack. Time-sensitive applications often use UDP because dropping packets is preferable to waiting for packets delayed due to retransmission, which may not be an option in a real-time system.

• RTSP

  The Real Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP) is a network control protocol designed for use in entertainment and communications systems to control streaming media servers. The protocol is used for establishing and controlling media sessions between end points. Clients of media servers issue VHS-style commands, such as play, record and pause, to facilitate real-time control of the media streaming from the server to a client (Video On Demand) or from a client to the server (Voice Recording).

  RTP (Real Time Streaming Protocol) is a web application protocol designed for use in entertainment and communication systems to control streaming media servers. The agreement is used to establish and control media conversations between terminals. The client issue play commands, record, and pause, to facilitate real-time control of media streams from the server to the client (video on demand) or from the client to the server (voice recording).

  DHCP is Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol ; Its main function is to enable a machine to broadcast ip, netmask, default gateway, dns, etc. to the DHCP server through its own Ethernet Address broadcast.

• IGMP

  IGMP (Internet Group Management Protocol) is a communication protocol for managing network groups. It mainly uses IP stacking to achieve multiple propagation. The biggest advantage is that it saves the bandwidth of the entire network. The general multimedia audio and video files are quite huge. When they broadcast on the Internet, they even smash the entire network. Therefore, Partilink own IGMP-enabled switches can recognize and directly transmit IP Multicast traffic to the required ports, so that other port throws can use the network bandwidth without being affected.
